Customer Service Representative (Hebrew)

A new position is now available to support the Customer Care Israel team. The position is temp (18 months) and based in our Madrid office (hybrid model). Hebrew proficiency is required.

A Day at MiniMed

• Provide daily support for MiniMed's order-to-delivery processes
• Deliver professional support to the Center of Excellence and the field sales team
• Contribute to the company's customer satisfaction goals
• Handle all incoming calls and emails in shared inboxes, prioritizing urgent inquiries and orders, and taking ownership through to resolution
• Manage incident resolution and reactive communication with customers and patients
• Contribute to the improvement and standardization of internal and external processes, with the ability to participate in or lead projects
• Be responsible for recording and documenting customer and patient details in internal systems

Skills We're Looking For

• Previous ERP experience — SAP preferred — and CRM Salesforce
• Strong communication skills
• Structured working style, resilience, and customer orientation
• Motivation for process improvement
• Ability to inspire others toward shared goals
• Positive and proactive attitude, flexibility
• Hebrew – fluent (mandatory)
• English – advanced level
• other language (Arabic, Portuguese) will be a plus.
