The Challenge

We’re looking for an  Associate Solutions Engineer to join the Solutions Engineering team. In this role, you will help drive business development and sales growth by partnering with Account Executives on discovery, tailored demos, customer evaluations, RFP/questionnaire support, and lightweight workflow or automation design. This is a high-growth role for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly, and is excited to solve customer problems using technology and AI-enabled tools.

Your Mission

• Support customer-facing sales cycles through discovery, tailored demos, evaluations, and solution discussions.
• Help respond to customer questionnaires, RFPs, and technical information requests.
• Build simple workflows, automations, prototypes, or solution assets using tools such as OneTrust, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI tools, or similar platforms.
• Translate customer goals into clear solution approaches with guidance from senior teammates when needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
• Contribute to internal team initiatives and projects beyond core demo and delivery work.
• Learn quickly and operate independently against clear goals, even when not given step-by-step instructions.

• A clear communicator who can explain ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable in customer-facing situations such as presentations, demos, workshops, or solution discussions.
• Interested in using AI and automation tools to improve how work gets done.
• Energized by a high-performance team environment with strong coaching and high expectations.
• Interested in Solutions Engineering as a career path, not only as a short-term stepping stone.

Your Experience Includes

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, analytical, technical, or commercial role.
• Experience presenting, explaining, or demonstrating solutions, ideas, or projects to others.
• Evidence of learning new tools, systems, or technologies quickly without heavy formal training.
• Exposure to SaaS, workflows, automation, data, business systems, or technical problem-solving.
• Experience in a corporate environment through full-time work or meaningful internships.
• Preferred but not required: experience with AI tools, workflow automation, APIs, or technical integrations.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
