Buscamos un/a AI Platform Engineer (Senior) para liderar el desarrollo y evolución de la plataforma de IA corporativa.
En este rol, serás responsable de construir la base tecnológica que permite desarrollar, desplegar y escalar soluciones de inteligencia artificial en toda la organización.Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración con arquitectos/as de soluciones, equipos de producto y otros perfiles de ingeniería para garantizar que las capacidades de la plataforma sean robustas, reutilizables y listas para uso productivo en entornos enterprise.Desarrollo de plataforma AI:Desarrollar y evolucionar la plataforma de IA siguiendo la estrategia y arquitectura definida.Construir y mantener componentes clave como hubs de LLM, frameworks agenticos, registros MCP, pipelines CI/CD y componentes de integración reutilizables.Evaluar e impulsar nuevas capacidades como plataformas agenticas low-code o agentes autónomos.Estándares de desarrollo y operación:Definir y mejorar procesos de desarrollo, plantillas y buenas prácticas de ingeniería.Garantizar que los servicios de plataforma sean seguros, mantenibles, observables y listos para producción.Gobernanza y ciclo de vida:Aplicar principios de arquitectura empresarial, seguridad y compliance en la plataformaDefinir modelos de ownership, documentación y transición de servicios de plataforma.Industrialización y escalado:Traducir necesidades de producto y arquitectura en capacidades reutilizables de plataforma.Impulsar el uso consistente de la plataforma en distintos equipos y casos de uso.Colaboración y conocimiento:Compartir buenas prácticas y contribuir a la adopción transversal de la plataforma AI.Fomentar redes internas y externas para posicionar a la organización como referente en innovación en IA.Experiencia en el desarrollo y operación de plataformas de IA, GenAI o servicios cloud escalables en entornos enterpriseExperiencia práctica en:ObservabilidadSeguridad y gestión del ciclo de vidaConocimiento sólido de:Frameworks agenticosConceptos MCPHerramientas low-code para IAWorkflows modernos de desarrollo en IACapacidad para transformar arquitectura y necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas reutilizablesNivel de inglés: avanzadoCategoríaInformática y telecomunicaciones - SistemasEspecialistaPersonas a cargoVacantesSalarioMás de ******€Beneficios socialesOtros beneficios: Porcentaje por objetivos,teletrabajo,flexibilidad#J-*****-Ljbffr
