About the school

The role

We are seeking a permanent, full-time Marketing Content & Audiovisual Assistant based at the BSB Castelldefels campus, commencing August 2026. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team delivering high-quality visual content across a dynamic, multi-campus international school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Capture, edit and produce high-quality photo, video and graphic content for marketing campaigns, social media, the website, presentations and promotional materials.
• Adapt audiovisual and graphic pieces into different formats for specific channels, audiences and campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all materials.
• Maintain an organised library of visual and audiovisual assets.
• Manage multiple social media channels with fast, relevant and high-quality visual content.
• Monitor content performance through monthly reporting and analysis, providing insights to optimise future campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience, or strong practical training, in audiovisual content production, photography, video editing and visual content creation.
• Vocational training, technical studies or a degree in Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, Media, Digital Content Creation, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English at First Certificate level or above, together with Spanish; Catalan is an advantage.
• Current driving licence and regular use of a vehicle to work across all BSB campuses.
