### **FP&A Specialist*** Country: SPAIN* Workplace: Alcobendas* Type of contract: Permanent* Date publish: 17/07/2026* Timetable:* Vacancies: 1#### **Job description**Key Responsibilities• Support the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.• Assist in the monthly financial closing process and variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget).• Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations.• Support profitability analysis by business unit, product, customer, or region.• Assist in building and maintaining financial models to support business decisions.• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather financial and operational information.• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.• Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase reporting efficiency and automation.• Support ad hoc financial analyses and special projects as required.Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.• 3–5 years of experience in Accounting. FP&A, Controlling, Audit, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical roles.• Previous experience at a Big Four firm is considered a plus• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.• Solid understanding of financial statements and basic financial analysis.• Basic knowledge of financial modeling is desirable.• Fluent in English (written and spoken).Skills & Competencies• Strong willingness to learn and develop a career in Financial Planning & Analysis.• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a proactive mindset.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings.• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Team player with a collaborative approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
