Tasks

1. X Ad Strategy: Develop comprehensive X advertising strategies aligned with our marketing objectives and project milestones
   Create and manage multiple ad campaigns targeting different segments of the crypto audience
   Optimize ad spend and performance across various X ad formats (Promoted Tweets Follower Ads X Takeover etc.)
   Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
2. Campaign Management: Set up monitor and optimize X ad campaigns using X Ads Manager
   Conduct A/B testing on ad copy visuals and targeting to improve performance
   Manage ad budgets and bids to ensure optimal ROI
   Adjust campaigns in realtime based on performance data and market trends
   Develop implement and optimize Google Ads campaigns targeting the cryptocurrency market
   Create compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to maximize conversions
   Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing regular reports and insights.
   Manage budget allocations and bid strategies to maximize campaign performance.
3. Audience Targeting:

Develop detailed audience personas for different segments of the crypto community
Utilize Xs targeting options effectively including keywords interests and lookalike audiences
Implement retargeting strategies to reengage users who have interacted with our content or website
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in crypto marketing and Google Ads

Creative Development:

Collaborate with the content team to create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with the crypto audience
Ensure all ad content complies with Xs policies particularly regarding cryptocurrency advertising
Adapt existing content into various ad formats for testing

Performance Analysis:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as clickthrough rate conversion rate and cost per acquisition
Provide regular reports on ad performance insights and recommendations
Use analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize the conversion funnel
Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and ROI

Industry Monitoring:

Stay updated on Xs ad platform changes and new features

Keep abreast of cryptocurrency market trends and adjust ad strategies accordingly Monitor competitors X ad activities and identify opportunities for differentiation

Requirements

• Have curated advertisement campaigns for large sized crypto/blockchain X handles of more than 500k followers with organic growth and impressions
• 5 years of experience managing X ad campaigns with a focus on the cryptocurrency industry
• Track record and experience of managing a spending budget for ads ranging from $500k to $1M
• Proven track record of running successful X ad campaigns with measurable ROI
• Indepth understanding of Xs ad platform policies and best practices
• Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in datadriven decision making
• Proficiency in ad management tools and analytics platforms
• Creative mindset with the ability to craft compelling ad copy and visual concepts
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory issues surrounding crypto advertising on X
• Solid knowledge of other paid channels/campaign types such as Google Ads Google Shopping Campaigns etc.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other social media advertising platforms (Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising
• Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media
• Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
• Understanding of blockchain technology and trend on X
