• Own Retake’s pricing strategy across subscriptions, paywalls, trials, discounts, and geo-specific offers;
• Design and run pricing and monetization experiments to improve conversion, ARPU, and long-term revenue;
• Use data and qualitative insight to understand how value perception differs across markets;
• Lead Retake’s localization strategy beyond translation toward true market adaptation;
• Build scalable processes and quality standards for localization;
• Identify and prioritize high-potential markets with growth and marketing teams;
• Propose and drive market-specific product ideas, including features, flows, and positioning changes;
• Measure success at a market level and iterate based on results;
• Turn learnings from pricing, localization, and market expansion into reusable best practices;
• Share insights and frameworks with product, growth, and leadership teams across Codeway;
• Act as a reference point for monetization and localization topics across the organization.

Требования

• 2+ Years of experience working with data and analysis, using funnels, cohorts, experiments, and metrics to understand and improve user behavior;
• Experience with pricing, monetization, growth, or experimentation problems;
• Analytical rigor and creativity in pricing, paywalls, and value perception;
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data, growth, and marketing teams;
• Clear communication with different stakeholders;
• Ownership mindset and ability to drive change;
• Nice to have: experience with subscription products, gaming economies, or data-heavy consumer apps, exposure to localization, international expansion, or market-specific product work, familiarity with experimentation frameworks or A/B testing, experience with AI-powered or creative tools.
