En GoStudent estamos expandiendo nuestros centros de aprendizaje en Madrid y buscamos un/a Sales & Operations Coordinator para nuestro próximo centro. Esta posición es clave para dar a conocer el centro a nivel local, atraer a nuevas familias y asegurar que la actividad diaria funcione de forma organizada y fluida.
Se trata de un rol muy práctico y cercano al cliente, ideal para personas con iniciativa, energía y gusto por el trato directo con familias y estudiantes.
Ubicación
Madrid y alrededores (presencial). Nota: estamos abriendo varios centros alrededor de la ciudad.
Compensación
empezando en 15.000 brutos anuales el medio tiempo (30hrs) + Bonus por adquisición de clientes + oportunidad de crecimiento del rol a full time
Tu papel en nuestra misión
- Impulsar iniciativas locales de marketing y ventas como contribuidor individual, con el objetivo de hacer crecer la base de clientes y alcanzar ambiciosos objetivos de ingresos
- Colaborar y coordinar a un equipo local de tutores (autónomos), fomentando un entorno dinámico y de apoyo
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de la Academia GoStudent, asegurando una planificación fluida y un servicio de alta calidad
- Construir y mantener relaciones con estudiantes y familias para garantizar excelentes resultados de aprendizaje y altos niveles de satisfacción
- Monitorizar los principales indicadores de rendimiento (KPIs) y utilizar datos para optimizar resultados
- Mantener un espacio de aprendizaje acogedor, seguro y bien organizado para estudiantes y tutores
- Reportar directamente al Head of Revenue del mercado

Buenas habilidades de comunicación e interacción con familias y estudiantes
Interés por el ámbito educativo y por ofrecer una experiencia positiva en el centro
Nivel fluido de español; inglés conversacional
