That’s our promise to such a candidate. ### Responsibilities * **Run company events.** Organize company-wide events and team-building activities, from early brainstorming and venue research to logistics and on-site execution. * **Coordinate business travel.** Manage business travel across the company, ensuring every trip is planned efficiently and runs smoothly. * **Support recruiting initiatives.** Partner with the Talent team to organize hiring events and deliver a great experience for external participants and Spooners. * **Strengthen company culture.** Propose and drive initiatives that reinforce our culture by creating opportunities for connection, including events for Spooners and their families. * **Leverage AI to improve operations.** Use AI tools to streamline event planning, travel coordination, and workplace operations, automating repetitive tasks and freeing up time to focus on high-impact initiatives. * **Support day-to-day operations.** Be the point of reference for on-site and remote Spooners, handling day-to-day requests and supporting new hires through relocation and onboarding to ensure they get started effectively. ### Requirements * **Reasoning ability** Given the necessary knowledge, you can solve complex problems.
