Advanced Planning System Lead - MRP and production

Responsibilities

• Responsible for MRP and production planning performance and support the TECH team for incident resolution.
• Define and drive the automation journey.
• Process owner of Scheduling, MPS and MRP, monitoring user and process adoption with metrics.
• Control and improve MRP and production master data quality.
• Build KPIs and dashboards for the scope with support from the Data & Analytics team.
• Animate the Supply community (users) and monitor plant performance through Bacardi Operating System best practices (BOS).
• Provide strong backup for the SNP planning lead (IBP optimizer).
• Document process and training materials.

Qualifications

• Excellent technical skills, including advanced Excel, scheduling software, and SAP IBP (Supply) or other SAP APO/IBP/ECC and APS with optimizer.
• Business- and result-oriented mindset.
• Positive attitude and ability to adapt to varying user adoption scenarios while maintaining deliverable targets.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain complex processes to diverse audiences.
• Resilience, patience, and ability to handle pushback constructively.

• Strategic thinking with execution focus and creativity.
