As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll contribute to diverse projects across Spain and beyond, collaborating with national and international teams.

The Opportunity

As a PH Senior Engineer at Arup, you will:

Lead the design of plumbing or/and fire systems for a range of building types, from offices, hotels, hospitals, data centres, and educational facilities.

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other specialists to deliver integrated and sustainable building solutions.

Oversee the specification and selection of plumbing or fire equipment, ensuring compliance with performance and sustainability criteria.

Act as team or project coordinator for multidisciplinary teams, serving as Arup's representative with clients.

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.

We're looking for someone with a genuine interest in sustainable building design and innovative engineering solutions. We also value:

A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (Industrial Engineering or Industrial Technologies).

8+ years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in plumbing, and/or fire protection system design.

Technical expertise in building design and construction projects.

Basic knowledge of Revit.

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and international environments.

Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
