Zendesk Solutions Lead for CRM & ERP Excellence
A Place for Rover, Inc.
Rover is seeking an Application Analyst to support Zendesk and our CRM ecosystem. You will resolve technical issues, coordinate feature implementations, and collaborate with global teams to improve customer and employee experiences.
You will maintain deep Zendesk expertise, drive efficient configurations, and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to roadmap discussions and platform optimization.
