Material Planning Specialist

For Material Planning department of Instituto Grifols SA, a company specialized in the research, development, and production of purified plasma proteins with therapeutic properties obtained from the fractionation of human plasma, there is a need for the incorporation of a Material Planning Specialist.

What your responsibilities will be

• You will secure the supply of raw materials and packaging to meet production requirements.
• Identify the materials required to ensure scheduled production.
• Execute and follow up order requisitions for required materials.
• Follow up on incoming orders and claim orders in delay.
• Review stocks and consumptions to achieve the optimal level of raw material inventory.
• You will coordinate with other departments the production objectives, minimizing costs and managing incidences.

• You have Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business (ADE, Economics) or similar.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• You are fluent in Spanish and English (B2.2.).
• You have advanced knowledge in Excel. Experience with SAP is a plus.
