Your Role

• Build and execute exciting Sportsbook marketing campaigns based on specific customer segmentation, campaign or behavioral change objectives.
• Drive customer awareness of Bet777’s services and products via education and promotional activity, maximizing customer engagement.
• Carry out the fulfilment of promotional campaigns such as crediting Free Bets and Free Spins.
• Analyze A/B tests and suggest changes to improve overall campaign performance.
• Work closely with the BI team to constantly improve targeting and campaign performance.
• Work closely with the creative/studio team to deliver exciting on brand content.
• Report on campaign performance and provide insightful feedback to the marketing team and management.
• Support the Marketing team in the planning and performance of all communications to Spanish customers.
• Facilitate flawless execution of campaign plans ensuring milestones are met and work is accurate and on time. Primarily Email, SMS & Web Messages, APP push notifications.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting which deliver on all Customer Marketing KPIs and with a clear focus on retention, activation and reactivation.
• Contribute to culture of continuous improvement by assisting with pilot projects to test new approaches / technology to optimize campaigns, testing and informing wider team once successful.
• Identify opportunities for automation.
• Always keep customer experience at the forefront of your mind when building communications.
• Ensure comms are always within the Spanish compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Your Profile

• Data literate and comfortable in using data to make better decisions.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and processes (software, planning tools & Excel).
• Previous experience with Optimove, Mobivate & Braze is a bonus.
• Ability to work with raw data to analyze campaigns and draw useful conclusions.
• An interest and previous experience in IGaming (Sports betting and Casino).
• Exceptional project and time management.
• Highly organized and focused, ability to deal with multiple tasks, stakeholders or problems at the same time.
• Excellent at working under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst staying calm, thinking clearly and executing to a high standard with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and experience of working as part of a team to achieve goals and deadlines.
• Passion for Sports in general.
• Native Spanish speaker and high level in English.
