Estamos buscando un/a profesional senior para incorporarse a un proyecto de consultoría estratégica en Gestión del Conocimiento, participando en la definición del modelo objetivo y en la transformación del conocimiento en un activo estratégico para la organización.

¿Qué buscamos?
Buscamos un perfil con experiencia demostrable en Knowledge Management, capaz de trabajar en entornos de consultoría y con interlocución con stakeholders senior.
La persona seleccionada participará en:
Análisis de la situación actual y definición del modelo operativo objetivo de Gestión del Conocimiento .
Identificación de necesidades de negocio, procesos y casos de uso prioritarios.
Diseño de procesos de creación, validación, mantenimiento, consumo y retirada del conocimiento .
Definición de modelos organizativos y de gobierno del conocimiento .
Definición de roles, responsabilidades e indicadores de adopción, calidad y valor.
Evaluación y selección de herramientas corporativas de gestión documental, conocimiento y colaboración .
Análisis de soluciones comerciales frente a desarrollos propios, incluyendo demos, comparativas, criterios de evaluación y recomendación final.
Participación en iniciativas de IA aplicada a la gestión del conocimiento y búsqueda semántica .
Tecnologías / plataformas valorables
Experiencia con soluciones como:
Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Copilot, Viva, Atlassian, ServiceNow, Guru, Confluence, OpenText
También se valorarán:
Experiencia en firmas de servicios profesionales, consultoría o grandes corporaciones.
Certificaciones en Knowledge Management, Change Management o Enterprise Architecture .
Experiencia facilitando workshops con stakeholders senior .
Capacidad de análisis, pensamiento estratégico y modelado organizativo.
