En Haier Iberia buscamos un/a OEM Sales Manager Iberia para nuestra división de Climatización (HVAC).
En este rol estratégico, serás responsable de definir y ejecutar la estrategia de negocio para el segmento OEM (Fabricantes de Equipos Originales). Tu objetivo será desarrollar alianzas estratégicas a largo plazo, impulsando el crecimiento en facturación y cuota de mercado a través de nuestras soluciones en RAC, LCAC, MRV y Aerotermia (A2W/DHW ). Actuarás como el enlace clave entre nuestra capacidad de fabricación global y los socios locale s
Responsabilidades del Puesto
Es posible que un gran número de candidatos se presenten a este puesto, así que asegúrese de enviar su CV y su solicitud lo antes posible.Definir e implementar la hoja de ruta comercial para el canal OEM, asumiendo la responsabilidad del cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas, márgenes y volumenes.
Captar activamente nuevos clientes OEM para expandir la presencia de la marca, además de fidelizar y potenciar las cuentas existentes
Asesorar y facilitar la información técnica necesaria para que los socios OEM integren nuestra tecnología en sus catálogos
Monitorear tendencias del sector, competencia y avances tecnológicos, reportando periódicamente a la alta dirección sobre rendimiento, riesgos y oportunidades.
Habilidades y Cualificaciones
Ideal grado en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o similar
Entre 5 y 8 años en ventas o desarrollo de negocio dentro del sector, con experiencia demostrada en gestión de OEM o Grandes Cuentas (KAM)
Sólido conocimiento en soluciones HVAC (A2W, MRV, RAC) y de la normativa española aplicable (RITE, CTE).
Dominio fluido del inglés (imprescindible).
Competencias: Habilidades avanzadas de negociación, análisis, toma de decisiones y experiencia previa en entornos multinacionales o matrices.
Compensación y Beneficios
Rango salarial de 65.000 € a 80.000 € brutos anuales (fijo), en función de la experiencia y competencias aportad as, más un 20% de retribución variable vinculada a objetivos.

Flexibilidad geográfica: Aunque nuestra sede principal está en Barcelona, puedes estar ubicado en cualquier parte de España con disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
