Senior Engineer OBSERVABILIDAD (ELK, ECE, ECK)

Buscamos un/a Senior Engineer con una sólida trayectoria en el ámbito de la Observabilidad , especializado/a en el ecosistema Elastic Stack (ELK) , Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) y Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK) . Este rol es fundamental para liderar el diseño, implementación y evolución de nuestras plataformas de observabilidad, asegurando la máxima disponibilidad, rendimiento y escalabilidad de los sistemas de nuestros clientes.
Serás una pieza clave en la definición de arquitecturas de datos robustas y en la mentoría de equipos de operación e ingeniería.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Liderar el diseño técnico y la arquitectura de soluciones de observabilidad basadas en Elastic Stack, ECE y ECK.
- Definir y evolucionar arquitecturas de datos distribuidas y de alta disponibilidad para plataformas de observabilidad.
- Acompañar y guiar a los equipos de operación e ingeniería en la implementación, gestión y optimización de las plataformas.
- Establecer la interlocución con clientes, comprendiendo sus necesidades y presentando soluciones técnicas.
- Participar en comités técnicos, aportando visión estratégica y experiencia.
- Diseñar y desarrollar cuadros de mando (dashboards) y mecanismos de explotación de datos para monitorizar el rendimiento y la salud de los sistemas.
- Garantizar la automatización e integración continua de las plataformas de observabilidad.
- Colaborar en la definición de estrategias de monitorización y alertas proactivas.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el campo de la observabilidad y el procesamiento de datos.
