Senior Data & BI Business Analyst (Industrial / Supply Chain)

Role

As a Senior Data & BI Business Analyst (Industrial / Supply Chain), you will be:

• Understanding Industrial / Supply Chain business challenges and translating them into structured functional requirements.
• Gathering, analysing, and prioritising requirements through stakeholder workshops, and producing detailed functional specifications for BI & Analytics solutions.
• Defining data models and business objects with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers, applying dimensional modeling (star schema, facts, dimensions, KPIs, semantic models).
• Supporting UAT, validation, and ensuring business requirements are met throughout delivery.
• Upholding data governance, business rules, documentation, and data-quality standards, and driving user adoption of BI/Data best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you bring a combination of expertise, experience, and skills including:

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Business Analysis. The ideal candidate now has a role of Project Manager / Delivery Coordinator. 
• Experience on Industrial / Supply Chain / Manufacturing projects is a must. 
• Experience with modern analytics platforms such as Power BI, Databricks, dbt, or cloud data platforms.
• Good understanding of dimensional data modeling and BI semantic models / analytical reporting platforms.
• Fluent French (mandatory) and a good professional level of English.
• Based in or able to work on-site in Barcelona from the beginning of September.
• Nice to have: experience in the watchmaking / luxury manufacturing industry.
