Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Tech (Barcelona)

We're hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a Tech team in Barcelona, Spain.

You'll help users of a major digital platform with account and product support.

Start date: 31/Aug/26.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Norwegian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
