Offering a real opportunity to influence how we grow and evolve digitally in Spain, at an exciting early stage in our development.This is a newly created role, focused on how digital campaigns are delivered. You will work across channels such as airline and Avios digital platforms, websites, apps, and social channels, acting as a central point of coordination between the creative ideas, campaign planning and digital delivery.This is a unique opportunity to define how we show up in social: not just through campaigns, but by creating a consistent, high-quality presence that brings our brand and partners to life every day.Rather than defining the overall campaign strategy, you will own how that strategy is translated into effective digital experiences. This includes working closely with agencies and internal teams to make sure campaigns are executed in the best possible way for each channel and audience. Ensuring we show up in digital channels over time, beyond just individual campaigns.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building from scratch, thrives in a fast-evolving environment, and wants to have visible impact as the business grows its focus in Spain. You will need to combine strong digital marketing understanding with creativity, ownership, and collaboration, building marketing creatives, improve campaign performance over time, and support a growing digital marketing operation within a well-known travel and loyalty ecosystem.## What you'll be doing ### Campaign activation & delivery* You'll take ownership of how our campaigns come to life across digital channels, working closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver high-quality, seamless multi-channel experiences.* Lead the coordination of campaign activations across owned platforms and paid media, ensuring everything lands effectively for our customers.* Bring campaign strategy to life by translating it into compelling, channel-specific digital experiences that resonate across different audiences and environments.### Social media development and brand presence (Spain)* You'll lead the launch and day-to-day management of our social channels in Spain, working closely with agency partners to create standout content.* From planning and coordinating content calendars to reviewing output and maintaining quality, you'll ensure everything we publish reflects the best of Avios.### Agency & stakeholder management* Brief and manage creative, media, and social agencies, shaping output through clear direction and constructive challenge to ensure it meets our standards.* Collaborate with our partnership, brand, data and product teams to deliver connected, consistent activity across all touchpoints.### Owned channels and product coordination* Act as the SPOC with product/digital teams (web, app)* Ensure new developments are properly launched and aligned in Spain, with consistent and optimized messaging and content (Avios NAPs)* Support prioritisation and visibility of partners and offers across digital channels* Ensure strategy is consistently applied and adapted to the Spanish market, acting as a bridge between global direction and local digital execution### Performance & optimisation* Track and assess campaign performance, using insight to identify opportunities and continuously improve future activity.## What We Need From You ### Digital marketing experience* Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally delivering multi-channel campaigns.* Experience working across digital touchpoints such as websites, apps, and social media.* Experience in social media strategy to help us move the dial in this space.### Channel & agency understanding* Strong understanding of how to adapt messaging for different platforms and audiences.* Confidence working with agencies and evaluating creative and media outputs. We call our approach to hybrid working *The Blend* --- it's about giving you the flexibility to choose where you do your best work, while staying connected with your team and the wider business. This means you will be required to spend at least two days per week in the office, with the rest of the time working from home.
