Associate Specialist, Client and Talent Partnership, OTS

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process.
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline of eligible candidates in logistics, industrial, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Research industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients’ growth and competitive edge.
• Assist in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities.
• Process contracts and documentation for compliance with industrial legislation frameworks.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions.
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.

Required Qualifications

• Basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within the discipline.
• Ability to perform assignments using existing procedures.
• Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
• Accept guidance and direction from more senior roles or managers.
• Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and verify understanding.
