Make It Uniquely Yours.** You are part of a team that experiments with cutting-edge technologies, delivering solutions revealed as a result of the testing and learnings, and developing strong partnerships to enable growth through innovation and agile methodologies. **How you will contribute** * Lead design workshops to document design, leveraging RefModel-driven best practices for design and for non-standard areas, evaluating contextual designing. Map the requirements to the RefModel and work with the o9 PMM/Product teams to design the new workflows, ensuring the business processes adhere to the o9 functionality * Develop a comprehensive technical blueprint outlining the architecture of the o9 planning solution, including software, hardware, and network components * Work with o9 DevOps and the Technical Architect to establish the tenant landscape and integration design * Proficiency in architecting and deploying data engineering workflows utilizing a benchmark data integration product. Technical data validation with dbt , icedq , databricks or similar tools * Experience driving daily technical and design direction in o9 * Adapt the dynamic needs of the business and ensure o9 is positioned to drive optimal business value * Define, document, and maintain end to end IBP processes, including demand review, supply review, integrated reconciliation, and executive review cycles (MBRs). * Define and track (with support of COE) key customer performance metrics aligned with expectations, segmentation, capabilities and SLAs ensuring financial and strategic alignment * Work closely with development teams to ensure the solution is implemented according to the defined architecture and meets business requirements. * Own and manage o9 IBP product roadmap and prioritization of features to be enabled in MDLZ * Document methodologies and ensure best practices are followed for continuous process improvement **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
