Our business is built on trusted, long-term relationships with both suppliers and customers across the electronics industry. Location: Northern Europe - flexible Key Responsibilities:
- Define, implement, and drive strategic customer engagement plans for key accounts across the EMEA region.
- Manage and develop complex customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic business partner for key customers.
- Oversee and expand business with dedicated customers, identifying growth opportunities and driving sustainable revenue growth across multiple markets.
- Develop strategies and programs to grow the business, increase market share, and strengthen our competitive position within key customer segments.
- Strengthen relationships and build competitive knowledge with customers, understanding their business strategies, challenges, and long-term needs.
- Negotiate strategic business opportunities at various management and executive levels within customer organizations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Europe, including sales, customer service, technical sales, business development managers, and field application engineers, ensuring global alignment and effective customer support.
- Ensure coordination with internal departments to optimize service delivery and create value for your customer portfolio.
- Drive strategic initiatives with global coordination, ensuring alignment between customer needs and internal business objectives.
- Work in a remote setup while maintaining strong customer engagement through regular customer visits and collaboration with teams across Europe.
- Travel regularly to customer sites and internal meetings across the region, requiring flexibility and mobility.
- A bachelor's degree or extensive market experience.
- Proven experience in strategic account management, key account management, or complex B2B sales environments.
- Professional sales experience, ideally in electronic components, technology, or a related industrial market.
- Native-level Lithuanian and strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- A personable demeanor and customer-oriented work approach.
- Motivation, ambition, and resilience.
- Enjoyment of customer visits and associated travel activities.
- Team player eager to be the "trusted advisor" for customers, internal teams, and our global supplier base.
- Ability to operate effectively in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues across multiple European locations.
