Head Of People Ops - Build Scalable, Ai-Driven Hr
Station F
Joko is seeking a Head of People Operations to build and scale the department across France, Spain, and the US.
You will own payroll, contracts, benefits, onboarding, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on data and AI-enabled processes.You will lead a growing team, design the operating model, and implement scalable HRIS systems.
Fluency in French and English is required, with a willingness to work across remote and office locations.
