Spanish Speaking Customer Care for Online Banking | Live & Work in Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to invite Spanish-speaking Customer Care professionals to join a prominent Online Banking service provider in Greece. This unique opportunity allows you to work and live in an inspiring environment while delivering exceptional support to Spanish-speaking clients in the financial industry. If you have a passion for customer service and an interest in banking technology, this role is ideal for you.Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish through phone, email, and chat for online banking clients
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, troubleshooting, and security-related questions
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and maintain the confidentiality of customer information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within CRM systems
- Stay updated on online banking products, policies, and industry trends to provide informed assistance
- Exceptional fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential
- A minimum English proficiency level of B2 is required
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within banking or financial services
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online banking platforms is a plus
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a multicultural work environment
