Investment Associate - Infrastructure Private Equity

Importante firma de Private Equity nacional busca incorporar un Investment Associate para reforzar su equipo de inversión especializado en infraestructuras .
La persona seleccionada participará activamente en todas las fases del ciclo de inversión, desde el análisis y ejecución de nuevas oportunidades hasta la gestión y seguimiento de la cartera, trabajando en operaciones dentro de sectores estratégicos con fuerte crecimiento estructural.
- Analizar y participar en la ejecución de oportunidades de inversión en los distintos segmentos del sector de infraestructuras, incluyendo infraestructuras digitales, transporte sostenible y logística, transición energética, y otros sectores relacionados.
- Participar en análisis financieros y estratégicos complejos, así como la elaboración de modelos financieros y valoraciones.
- Coordinar procesos de due diligence.
- Elaborar memorandos de inversión para el Comité de Inversión.
- Realizar el seguimiento y monitorización de las inversiones en cartera, evaluando su desempeño financiero y operativo.
- Preparar informes trimestrales, informes para Comité de Supervisión y/o Junta Anual de Inversores, así como otros documentos para inversores.
- Participar en la elaboración de materiales de fundraising.
- Coordinar, supervisar y contribuir al desarrollo profesional de los analistas.
- Mantener los más altos estándares de excelencia, rigor analítico, profesionalidad e integridad en el desempeño de sus funciones.
- Titulación superior en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Ingeniería o titulaciones equivalentes en universidades de reconocido prestigio.
- Se valorará positivamente la realización de estudios de posgrado, MBA o programas especializados en finanzas en instituciones de reconocido prestigio.
- Experiencia profesional mínima de entre 4 y 6 años en inversiones de private equity, participando de forma directa en la ejecución de inversiones, incluyendo procesos de due diligence, cierre y seguimiento posterior de las inversiones.
- Experiencia demostrable en análisis financiero, modelización, valoración de empresas y ejecución de inversiones.
- Excelente nivel de inglés, tanto oral como escrito.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiencia académica o profesional internacional.
- Incorporación a una plataforma de inversión consolidada con una sólida trayectoria en mercados privados.
- Participación directa en operaciones relevantes dentro de sectores con fuerte crecimiento y atractivo inversor.
