You will join a cross-functional transformation squad focused on identifying inefficiencies, challenging legacy workflows, and implementing AI-powered solutions that create measurable business impact.Some team members may come from technical backgrounds; others from operations,product, analytics, or project management.What matters the most:Ability to solve real problems in a variety of different departments across the organizationBeing agile, forward-thinking, and adaptableNot being tied to legacy systems and processesProposing creative solutions and being willing to ask: "Why do we still do it this way?" and then building something betterWe expect you to be:Self-directed, self-sufficient, and comfortable with ambiguityA strong problem-solver with analytical thinking and data fluencyAble to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teamsExperienced with AI tools (e.G., Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Gemini, n8n, etc.), automations, agents, or workflowsCapable of evaluating business value, calculating ROI, and prioritizing incoming automation requestsAble to design and build integrations that connect new AI tooling with core database systems (e.G., mainDB / legacy stacks)Strong in stakeholder management and delegating/coordinating tasks for a small team (3–4 members)Technical & Core Requirements:Practical experience writing Python scripts for automation and data manipulationProficiency in SQL and working with relational databasesExperience with data flow design and process redesignHands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.G., n8n, Zapier) alongside custom code solutionsBonus Points:Experience with vibe-coding practices or rapid prototyping toolsExperience leading change initiatives or managing technical team membersExperience migrating legacy automated processes to modern, code-based or AI-assisted infrastructureBusiness Analysis or Data Analytics backgroundWhat we offer:Fully remote work format.Opportunity to shape the backbone systems of a modern, data-driven digital company.A collaborative, innovation-first environment that values initiative and experimentation.Paid time off and sick leave.Reduced working hours on Fridays during the summer.Days-off on US national holidays + your birthday.
