Do you have a C2 (native or bilingual level) of Italian? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector ? Then this interests you!
Your mission will be to provide customer service in the Italian and English language, both by phone and email , for an important financial institution.

Requirements:

• Required languages:Italian (C2 - native or bilingual) and English Advanced (minimum C1).No Spanish required.
• Required experience:Experience in customer service.
• Others requirements:Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate.

What do we offer you?

• Permanent contract with 2 months trial period.
• Full time 39 hours/week.
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 6pm.
• Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome (One week working onsite at our Monday Río office. One week working remotely from home).
• Salary according to the Customer Service Representative category + language allowance.
