In this role you will lead the global strategy for democratizing AI across Symrise, empowering 12,000+ employees to use AI safely and effectively. You will build enablement programs, governance awareness, and a vibrant AI community of practice, partnering with HR, IT, Legal, Security, and business leaders. You’ll drive AI literacy, citizen development, and scalable practices that bridge technology with people to unlock enterprise impact. Responsabilidades
• Strong leadership experience in AI, data, digital transformation, or innovation at enterprise scale

• Deep understanding of LLMs, applied AI, and prompt engineering
• Experience building and scaling communities of practice or learning ecosystems
• Strong change management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills
