Market Researcher & Senior Consultant

We are looking for a professional with over 5 years of experience in the consultancy industry or in market research or innovation department, meeting the following requirements: BA or BSc in Business Administration, Market Research, Economy or related fields. Knowledge and experience in User and Market Research, especially within the Healthcare sector. Capacity to lead and moderate focus groups, workshops and interacting with the key stakeholders within the healthcare sector (HCP, patients, hospital managers, etc.). Experience developing strategic plans, analysing available business data to impact solution design. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Experience leading teams and good team player. Languages: Spanish (native or bilingual proficiency), English (Professional Level) and Catalan (Conversational level). Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus. What will you do? You will work with a multidisciplinary team: Participating in different projects ongoing in different stages. Developing market research analysis and frameworks. Analysing trends and the latest news on the market. Conducting workshops and focus groups. Defining new solutions and strategies to be implemented. Training and assessing other professionals within the field of innovation. Contributing to the corporate development and expansion of ANIMA: business development, proposal elaboration, marketing plan, human resources, etc. What do we offer?
