Healthcare Panel Specialist French / German

Responsibilities

• Recruit target doctors and follow‑up on their participation in market research studies via phone and email.
• Assist with project set‑ups and field analysis.
• Invite and follow up HCPs to ensure study progress within given deadlines.
• Increase doctor engagement.
• Prepare sample lists.
• Manage invitation templates.
• Promote HCP collaboration in market research studies following established standards.
• Initiate follow‑up calls with HCPs to achieve maximum response rate or additional information.
• Provide customer service to HCPs.
• Run pilot projects and recruitments for qualitative studies.
• Transition doctors to the official incentive program and support implementation of local fiscal/legal regulation adaptations.
• Investigate, resolve, and process panel incentive issues within guidelines to ensure timely compensation.
• Collaborate effectively with a multicultural cross‑functional team.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in German and French.
• Very high proficiency in English.
• Good skills with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to work in a multi‑task environment.
