Clinical Project Manager

Clinical Project Manager role at ICON in a sponsor-dedicated model across multiple EMEA locations. Responsible for leading project teams, managing timelines and budgets, monitoring progress, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to deliver clinical trials on time and within quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet objectives
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with goals
• Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at CRO or pharmaceutical organization
• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
• 10+ years relevant clinical trial management experience
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience managing complex or global trials
• Leadership skills with ability to motivate and empower team members
• Strong operational execution and study delivery capabilities
