The Madrid hub drives a large part of the group's tech transformation: network modernization, digital platforms, data and AI initiatives, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure.To support this growth, the company is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will combine hands-on tech recruitment with the delivery of broader HR projects, including the internal mobility program across the group's geographies.Location: Madrid, Spain, hybrid (3 days on-site) Start date: ASAP Industry: Telecommunications Contract: Permanent (Contrato indefinido)MissionManage end-to-end recruitment on tech roles across software engineering, data, cloud, cybersecurity and network engineeringPartner with hiring managers and HRBPs to scope openings, align on profiles, and steer the selection processSource and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, the internal ATS, employee referrals and direct approachDrive HR projects beyond pure recruitment, with a strong focus on the international mobility program (process design, cross-country coordination, candidate experience)Contribute to employer branding initiatives and represent the company in the local tech ecosystemTrack and report on recruitment KPIs, pipeline health and time-to-hire to support data-driven decisionsTechnical EnvironmentATS & sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, enterprise ATS (Workday, SuccessFactors or equivalent), Boolean searchTech stacks recruited: Java, Python, .
