**¡At Oesia Group, we are growing!** We would like to count on you for our next job offer: We are looking for a **European Grants Justification Officer** to join an important Project located in **Madrid** in **On-site** job modality. ### Requirements: * University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. * Proven experience in the financial reporting and justification of projects funded by European programmes. * Demonstrated experience managing and reporting projects funded by the Spanish State Research Agency (AEI), the Carlos III Health Institute (ISCIII), the Community of Madrid, and European Union programmes. * Knowledge of SAP, particularly the FI (Financial Accounting) module, will be considered an asset. * Availability to work on-site in the Plaza de Castilla area (Madrid). ### What will your responsibilities be? * Management of funded projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from project initiation to closure and financial reporting. * Preparation, review and submission of financial reports and grant justifications in accordance with funding requirements and grant agreement conditions. * Collection, validation and organization of administrative, contractual and financial documentation. * Review of invoices, expenditures and supporting evidence to ensure eligibility and compliance with applicable regulations. * Preparation and maintenance of complete grant reporting and supporting documentation files. * Drafting of progress reports and support for the proper technical and administrative implementation of funded projects. ### What we offer you? * Work in a multinational company recognized as one of the best companies to work for in 2025, according to _Actualidad Económica and Forbes_. * Stable and innovative technological projects for leading national and international clients. * Career plan: we offer an attractive professional career based on experience and personal potential within a continuously evolving company with solid growth. * Free access to various training platforms, providing you with a wide multidisciplinary catalog. * Flexible compensation. * An equal, diverse company with great Corporate Social Responsibility. * A positive, healthy, and cooperative work environment.
