German-Speaking Sales Development Representative

We are hiring German-speaking Sales Development Representatives to join our international sales team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients — identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and setting the stage for the sales team to close deals across the German market.
This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to launch or grow their sales career abroad: we provide full relocation support to help you make the move to Barcelona smoothly, along with structured training and a clear path for career progression.
Please note: the start date for this position is August 2026 .
What You Will Do
- Identify and research potential clients within the German market
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of all activity in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales team to consistently hit targets and KPIs
What We Are Looking For
- Fluent German and strong English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (full relocation support provided)
- Previous sales, customer service, or commercial experience is a plus — motivated entry-level candidates are welcome
- Confidence with outbound outreach and a proactive, target-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn and grow in sales
