Creative Manager

The successful applicant will be able to work at our Barcelona office or remotely from Spain.This role is based in Playamp, the ecosystem Plarium is part of.
Playamp brings together six international mobile and PC game studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay.
Playamp's shared teams cover marketing, data and analytics, applied AI, player services, and direct-to-consumer monetization.
Together, they support over 60 games, including Plarium's.We are looking for a Creative Manager to join the Global Creative Strategy team and work alongside Creative Strategists, Creative Managers, Designers, Video Editors, Motion Artists, User Acquisition Managers, and external production partners.
The role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, supporting multiple game teams and marketing initiatives across different genres.ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for performance marketing campaigns across multiple game genresCollaborate hands-on with designers, editors, artists, and external partners to bring creative ideas to lifeImprove creative performance by leveraging campaign data, user insights, and industry best practicesExplore and implement new creative formats, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and production workflowsAnalyze campaign performance and iterate on concepts based on measurable results.Stay informed on gaming, advertising, social media, and creative trends to continuously generate fresh ideasPartner closely with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, game studios, and Production teams to align creative with business objectivesEnsure all creative deliverables meet Plarium's quality standards and campaign goalsWhat we expect3+ years of experience in creative marketing, advertising, gaming, or digital content creationExperience developing creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, or campaign ideas for digital marketingStrong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative optimizationAbility to interpret campaign performance data and apply insights to creative developmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishStrong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skillsExperience collaborating within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, etc.)Experience in mobile gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital productsExperience working with User Acquisition or Performance Marketing teamsWorking knowledge of creative production workflows, including video editing, motion design, and graphic designExperience working with Jira, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar collaboration toolsWhat we offerOfficially registered full-time employment20 to 26 days of paid leave depending on the country in which your employment is registeredMedical support for you and your child along with paid leave if you or your child are sickIndividual development plan and regular feedbackProfessional seminars, workshops, courses, and internal training programsOpportunity to take an interest-free loanReimbursement of gym membership fees, and running clubOpportunity for counseling with psychologists
