We are currently recruiting a Quality Coordinator for our Plant in Osuna, Spain.

About this opportunity

Your work environment :

For our plant in Osuna (Sevilla), we are looking for a Quality Coordinator, directly reporting to the Quality Manager.
The successful candidate will be a member of our energetic team.

Your mission in Eviosys:

The Quality Coordinator will lead and develop all aspects of site quality:

1. To ensure the implementation, control, and improvement of the quality policies.
2. To ensure the quality of the products in a section with limited welding analysis technological.
3. To promote a safety, health, food hygiene, and environment culture.
4. To lead and develop the Quality Control team, allowing the constant improvement of organizational efficiency in terms of quality.
5. To guarantee in the section the comprehension and application of every tool, protocol, and quality procedures in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. To provide management with information on the performance of the quality system (relevant incidents, non-conformant products, etc.).
7. To analyze quality incidents, investigating the root causes and informing those areas involved with the aim to develop a solution, monitoring it until its completion.

About you

This position requires a safety mentality and a strong work ethic:

• 3 years as a Quality Coordinator/Technician, preferably in the industrial sector, in the canning industry.
• University Degree & Master’s degree in engineering, biology, environmental engineering or similar.
• Ability to achieve change and decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Good Knowledge of auditing and/or managing audit processes.
• Pragmatic skills in Process capability analysis (Statistical Process Controls).
• Excellent communication and influencing organizational skills.
• Management by objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Management and safety-first attitude.
• Fluency in English and Spanish. Any other language is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of SAP.
