Healthcare Professional Relations Agent - English Native Speaker / Madrid Based
IQVIA
IQVIA seeks English native speakers for its Madrid office to recruit physicians and build engagement panels for market research studies. The role involves outreach, relationship management, and participant follow-up across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Recruit doctors and maintain engagement for market research panel participation
- Conduct recruitment calls to invite healthcare professionals to studies
- Execute follow-up calls to maximize questionnaire completion and participation rates
- Maintain accurate records and contact information for physician panelists
- Address participant queries and resolve issues across communication channels
Requirements
- Native English speaker
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Strong telephone and email communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience with multinational corporations preferred
- Ability to perform documentation, mailings, and troubleshooting tasks
