€26,000 Gross Annual Base Salary
Up to €4,000 Gross Annual Performance Bonus
Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to €30,000 Gross per Year

About the Role

We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Onboarding Account Manager to join a dynamic international team in Barcelona . In this role, you will become the trusted advisor for new business clients, guiding them through their onboarding journey while helping them maximize the value of their digital advertising solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and onboard a portfolio of new business clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers in the German market.
• Conduct consultative outbound sales activities.
• Understand clients' business objectives and recommend tailored digital advertising solutions.
• Guide customers through the onboarding journey and ensure a seamless experience.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor account performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.

Requirements

• Native or fluent German (C1/C2) .
• Good level of English (B2 or higher) .
• Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or Digital Marketing is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Strong relationship-building abilities.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit is preferred.
