We’re looking for a Ad Operations Market Lead to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

Your Challenge

As Ad Operations Market Lead, you will:

• Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and develop the Spanish Operations team, including Operations Managers, fostering performance and professional growth.
• Campaign Operations: Oversee the execution and optimisation of branding and performance campaigns, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Operational Performance: Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Process Optimisation: Implement regional best practices, improve workflows, and drive operational efficiency and scalability.
• Technical Support: Ensure strong support to Client Success through campaign analysis, troubleshooting, and performance insights.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the main Operations point of contact for Spanish market leadership, collaborating with Sales, Client Success, Product, and Operational Excellence.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• 7+ years of experience in Ad Operations, AdTech, or digital advertising, including at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong technical expertise in programmatic advertising, including campaign setup, optimisation, troubleshooting, and performance measurement.
• Hands-on experience managing both branding and performance campaigns.
• Proven people management experience, developing teams and driving operational improvements.
• Experience managing KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.
• Strong knowledge of the Spanish advertising market and media agency landscape.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Autonomous, analytical, and business-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

It Would Be a Plus If You

• Have previous experience working at a media agency.
• Have led operational transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Are familiar with multiple DSPs and programmatic platforms.
• Have worked in international or matrix organisations.
