We are looking for an open-minded and committed intern who is eager to learn and looking forward to taking the very first step in his successful professional journey.

DURATION : 6 months
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate invoice processing and payment using SAP and other accounting tools.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to respond inquiries and resolve issues.
• Gain valuable experience by working on special assignments directly with Senior associates (e.g. on finding discrepancies in processes and procedures, producing reports etc.).
• Contribute to revise and document standard operating procedures.
• Assist the Accounts Payable associates with reconciling the AP ledger balances.
• Play an active role and contribute ideas to the Trainee Scheme at Radisson CSO

The description of functions is merely indicative and not exhaustive. Accordingly, the trainee shall perform any other duties inherent to the labour position and their professional group, in accordance with the company's directives.

Qualifications

• Has to be enrolled in a school program in order to be eligible for the internship.
• Has a sharp eye for details, is accurate and precise.
• Has good Excel and Word skills.
• is fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Fluent or native in French.
• Must be able to self-organise, set priorities with help of the leadership and work within tight deadlines.
• You are trustworthy, has a high level of commitment, passion and integrity.
• You are authorised to work in Europe.
