Summary

As Product Manager Iberia, you will drive the product strategy and lifecycle management of your portfolio to ensure growth and profitability in the markets in scope. You will act as a key interface between Sales and Production, translating market needs into impactful product and marketing actions.

Key Accountabilities

• Gather and analyze market, customer and competitor insights to identify opportunities, trends and customer needs.
• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap and portfolio priorities, ensuring strong competitiveness and value creation.
• Lead product lifecycle management, including updates, rationalization and continuous improvement.
• Drive new product development by defining needs and functional specifications, coordinating with R&D and operations to ensure timely delivery.
• Support go-to-market activities, product launches and commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Define pricing positioning and monitor margin and profitability performance of the portfolio.
• Create product value propositions, sales tools and key messaging to enable the commercial organization.
• Act as the go-to person for product-related questions for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Controlling, Lab, Logistics and other teams to ensure alignment and execution.
• Promote a strong Health, Safety and Quality mindset and compliance in day-to-day activities.

Skills and Experience

• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture or Engineering. Additional training in Marketing is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a technical, industrial, construction or building materials environment.
• Strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving and solid business acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Proven experience coordinating projects across multiple teams and priorities.
• Strong digital skills and proficiency with standard business tools.
• Fluent Spanish and strong professional English.
• Flexibility to travel as required.
