As a Sales Trainer, you will design and deliver impactful onboarding and skill development programs for both new hires and experienced team members to empower sales professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive training plans for new sales team members, designing and delivering engaging training modules covering product knowledge, objection handling, negotiation skills, and company best practices


• Assess training needs and create tailored learning plans and provide ongoing coaching and mentorship


• Evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance using feedback and key metrics collaborating with the managers and qualities to align the business needs.


• Act as a subject matter expert on products and services and stay current on industry trends and emerging sales methodologies to continuously enhance training content.


• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and share best practices and innovate and adapt training strategies to align with evolving business priorities and market conditions

• Must currently hold the position of Sales Trainer.


• English level: C1. Fluency in German, Italian, Spanish, French is a plus


• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience


• Hands-on sales expertise with a strong grasp of sales methodologies.


• Experience designing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in software, SaaS, IT services, or system integration sectors is a plus


• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess learning outcomes and adapt programs accordingly


• Stakeholder management experience
