Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Specialist – Cyber Security to join our PTE organization. In this role, you will serve as the key liaison between the global TechOps cyber security function and our local manufacturing sites across the globe. Your mission will be to ensure compliance, guarantee secure operations, elevate Operational Technology (OT) security awareness, and drive the seamless integration of enterprise-level initiatives with site-specific needs. This position requires a strong, agile blend of manufacturing knowledge, cyber security awareness, and exceptional stakeholder management at the site level.

Key Responsibilities

• PT Representation at Site: Act as the primary liaison and trusted partner between manufacturing site operations and the global PTE cyber security and digital teams.
• Site Compliance & Governance: Ensure site-level alignment and compliance with corporate cyber security standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• OT Security Awareness: Foster a strong security culture on-site, elevating awareness around Operational Technology (OT) risks and best practices.
• Strategic Integration: Bridge the gap between global enterprise security initiatives and local operational realities, ensuring smooth implementation without disrupting manufacturing flows.

Who You Are

• Dynamic professional who thrives in environments of change and digital evolution.
• Proven experience working within a manufacturing environment (experience in Pharma or regulated industries is a plus).
• Solid understanding or high awareness of Cyber Security principles, particularly applied to Operational Technology (OT) or manufacturing systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to connect global strategies with local site operations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• A change-agent mindset: passionate about digital transformation, lean operations, and people.
