, we are looking for a
Customer Care & Solutions Specialist
to join the team
The Role
Managing customer and dealer enquiries by phone, email and ticketing systems
Taking full ownership of cases and ensuring they are followed through to resolution
Identifying issues, defining next steps and coordinating the appropriate actions
Providing customers with clear and timely communication throughout the process
Handling orders, deliveries, invoices, order changes and webshop-related enquiries
Providing
first-line technical support
on product use, maintenance and basic troubleshooting
Assessing whether issues can be resolved remotely or require technical intervention
Coordinating with service partners and dealers when required
Supporting internal Sales and other teams with customer and order-related topics
Working with ERP and ticketing systems and maintaining accurate case documentation
Contributing to the continuous improvement of Customer Care processes and ways of working
We are looking for someone who is
hands-on, structured and solution-oriented
, and who enjoys combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving.
You have:
Previous experience in
Customer Service, Customer Care or a similar customer-facing role
A practical technical understanding, ideally within a
mechanical, industrial or basic electrical environment
The ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a structured way
Strong communication and customer service skills
A reliable and proactive approach, with a strong sense of ownership
Experience with an ERP or ticketing system is a plus
Spanish, Italian and English are required
Polish would be an advantage.
Additional languages such as Dutch and/or Turkish are also highly valued.
