Trabajarás en un entorno que valora la innovación tecnológica, contribuyendo al desarrollo de soluciones escalables y mantenibles, garantizando altos estándares de calidad en el código.Qué HarásDiseñar e implementar aplicaciones web complejas utilizando React y TypeScript.Crear componentes reutilizables y bibliotecas front-end para uso futuro.Escribir código limpio y robusto siguiendo las mejores prácticas de TypeScript.Optimizar el rendimiento y la capacidad de respuesta de las aplicaciones.Diseñar soluciones front-end escalables.Colaborar con el equipo en decisiones técnicas e implementaciones.Guiar y mentorear a desarrolladores junior, además de participar en revisiones de código.Qué BuscamosMás de 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo con React y TypeScript.Sólido entendimiento de mejores prácticas, como SOLID y clean code, con foco en soluciones escalables.Experiencia extensa en revisiones de código, pruebas automatizadas e implementación de pipelines CI/CD.Dominio en pruebas unitarias, de integración y mantenimiento de alta cobertura de código.Capacidad comprobada para tomar decisiones técnicas informadas y aplicar el mejor enfoque según el caso.Conocimientos de infraestructura IT.Nivel nativo de español.Nivel avanzado de inglés.Qué ofrecemos para que tu trabajo (y tu vida) sea más fácil:Trabajo 100% remoto: trabaja desde tu casa o donde quieras.Compensación en USD o en tu moneda local, como prefieras, muy por encima de la media del mercado.Hardware y software.Horarios flexiblesLicencias por mater/paternidad, vacaciones y días festivos nacionales pagos.Ambiente laboral multicultural e innovador, perfecto para hacer amigos, colaborar y aprender de las personas más talentosas del mundo.Oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional a través de mentorías y entrenamientos.
