About the Positio

nAn international logistics company is expanding its operations in Spain and is looking for a n Operations Specialist – Freight Forwarding & Maritime Logistics ( preferably Turkish Speaker) to join its growing team in Barcelona

.This role will play a key part in the coordination of international freight operations, ensuring smooth communication between customers, shipping lines, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will contribute to the establishment and growth of the company's new Spanish branch while delivering excellent operational service

.

Your Main Responsibiliti

• esManage end-to-end import and export operations, primarily within maritime freigh
• t.Coordinate bookings and shipments with shipping lines, agents, and logistics partner
• s.Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing operational support and shipment update
• s.Prepare, review, and manage all required shipping and customs documentatio
• n.Monitor shipments and proactively resolve operational issues or delay
• s.Support the development and implementation of operational processes within the new Barcelona offic

Key Requireme

• ntsMinimum 3 years of experience in an operational role within a freight forwarder, shipping line, NVOCC, or international logistics compa
• ny.Strong understanding of international import/export processes and maritime transportati
• on.Experience managing shipments from booking through final delive
• ry.Fluent Spanish and English are mandato
• ry.Knowledge of the Spanish logistics and freight forwarding mark
• et.Strong organizational skills, customer orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneous
