Project Engineer

About the Role

As a Junior Project Engineer in Continuous Improvement, you will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager and lead international multi‑functional projects to ensure planning, timing and budget targets are achieved, supporting fault‑finding and process improvements and exploring new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive projects within set timelines.
• Coordinate with various functions to ensure project success.
• Conduct engineering studies for new processes and identify improvement areas.
• Validate new processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.

Salary

EUR 35,000 – EUR 39,000 per annum.
