Senior Clinical Trial Manager

Senior Clinical Trial Manager at AbbVie responsible for executing clinical study elements in compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards. Role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing external vendors, developing study documentation, and delivering training across study sites and personnel.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical study elements in accordance with ICH/GCP, global regulations, and company policies
- Support Study Project Manager in leading cross-functional teams and maintaining study status updates
- Oversee vendor selection, scope definition, and management within regulatory and procedural requirements
- Develop and deliver training for study teams, sites, and external vendors
- Identify, resolve, and escalate study-related issues proactively
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or scientific field; RN licensure with Associate's in Nursing acceptable
- Minimum four years pharma or clinical research experience with demonstrated technical competencies
- At least three years in clinical trial management positions
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (C1 level)
- Competency in SOPs, ICH guidelines, global regulations, ethics, and compliance
- Preferred experience from study initiation through completion
