Analyze website performance metrics and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to attract and retain customers.Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user experience and website functionality.Manage the online sales budget and forecast future sales performance.Ensure brand consistency and maintain high standards of visual merchandising online.Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.RequirementsProven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.Demonstrated success in driving online sales and improving customer satisfaction metrics.In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.G., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CRM systems.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing best practices.Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.G., Google Analytics).
